 Lit Local is a community-driven literary organization, owned by local author Jacqui Castle, whose mission is simple: get the work of local authors into the hands of more readers. 

Known for its mini bookshops featuring exclusively local authors, Lit Local brings books into everyday spaces, such as coffee shops and breweries. 

In addition to retail, Lit Local produces literary events, including trivia nights and book clubs, and offers structured writing programs that help writers build sustainable creative practices.
